This active workshop focuses on movement, hands-on techniques and positions for coping during labor, options for pain relief and tools for encouraging labor progression. A focus on communication between partners and how to identify, prioritize and communicate your birth preferences sets our class apart. This workshop is a great way to build upon and strengthen what you have learned in a condensed or hospital based childbirth class, as a refresher for experienced parents and is particularly helpful for parents planning a vaginal birth after a cesarean (VBAC).

Our Baltimore in-person classes are held in our office space at The Cedarcroft Center, just south of Towson, close to Belvedere Square.
